Sounders coach Sigi Schmid had plenty of praise tonight for the play first-11 returnee Leo Gonzalez and newcomers Alex Caskey and Marcus Hahnemann.

However, he wouldn’t commit to a starting goalkeeper next Saturday at FC Dallas.

And several other personnel issues also will travel along to Texas.

Osvaldo Alonso will miss that one due to yellow card suspension.

Schmid had no prognosis on Dempsey, who left in the 77th minute with a shoulder sprain.

There also was no update on the injuries that kept forwards Obafemi Martins and Eddie Johnson out Sunday.

However, midfielder Brad Evans could be back after missing two games on international duty.
