Here’s a roster update from the club, including the arrival of supplemental draft pick Kevin Durr from the Air Force Academy:

Head coach Sigi Schmid is certainly looking forward to the Tucson leg of preseason training as it marks the return of his team to full strength. Most notably, Seattle’s quartet of internationals will rejoin the team for the first time this preseason. Eddie Johnson and Brad Evans returns to Seattle followed the match at Honduras last Wednesday. Adam Johansson flew 15 hours from Sweden to rejoin the group in Seattle last week. And Mario Martinez is set to meet the team in Tucson from San Pedro Sula.

Several ill and injured players have also returned to full training, including Osvaldo Alonso, Alex Caskey, Michael Gspurning and Lamar Neagle. All four players missed the first preseason match of the season last week and Schmid was forced to play eight invitees for extended minutes.

Additionally, 2013 second round Supplemental Draft pick Kevin Durr has joined the club in Tucson.
