The Sounders have begun their 2013 season with a first training session at Starfire Sports Complex in Tukwila.

Ross LaBauex, a midfielder from Colorado (MLS)
Marvin Angulo, a midfielder from Herediano (Costa Rica)
Jose Cuevas, a forward from Charleston (USL)
Justin Davis, a defender from Minnesota (NASL)
Cody Ellison, a defender from Charleston (USL)
Blair Gavin, a midfielder from New England (MLS)
David Opoku, a forward from UCSB
