The Sounders completed training this morning, and this afternoon will drive up to Vancouver.

In his final pre-match meeting with the local media, coach Sigi Schmid listed plenty of questions that remain unanswered about the Whitecaps team his club will face at 6 p.m. tomorrow.

“Vancouver is a team that needs the win, because they’re in the battle with Dallas, and they want to get themselves into the playoffs, make sure that they’re there,” he said. “When you finish is important to them as well. Obviously for this weekend they’ve got Richards out. Where are they going to play Kenny Miller? Are they going to play Miller up front, with Mattocks together? Are they going to play a 4-4-2? Are they going to stay in sort of a 4-2-3-1? Is it going to be more of a 4-3-3? Those are things that are still up in the air for them. But with Mattocks they’ve got good speed. With Miller they’ve got quickness and speed as well. Camilo’s played well for them, and has played well in the games against us. Robson’s there. So we have to be ready for all of that.”
