Seattle will train in Tukwila this morning and then head south for its Cascadia Cup match at Portland tomorrow.

However, seven other MLS matches are scheduled today: New England at Toronto, SKC at Philadelphia, Houston at Montreal, Columbus at Chicago, San Jose at RSL, Chivas USA at Dallas, and Vancouver at Los Angeles.

That last one could be of special interest to Sounders fans, as the Whitecaps are a point ahead of Seattle in the Western standings (and because LA is LA).

But even more notable might be San Jose-Salt Lake. The clubs are 1-2 in the Western Conference (SJ two points behind, and therefore within striking distance). Also, with that final whistle, the Earthquakes begin their extra hours of recovery before their U.S. Open Cup quarterfinal match with the Sounders on Tuesday night in San Francisco.

Unfortunately, none of those matches are easily available on TV. But more information is available at MSLsoccer.com.
