The Deseret News is reporting that the status of center backs Nat Borchers and Jamison Olave is uncertain for the deciding match of their series with Seattle, at 7 p.m. Wednesday at CenturyLink Field.

“Both of them are still questionable,” said RSL coach Jason Kreis. “We’ll make decisions as we get closer to the match.”

  1. “Questionable” for RSL normally means they will start. If you recall their earlier visit here, about 3-4 starters were “questionable,” but they started every one of them. It was a mind game more than anything.

Whereas for us, “questionable” seems to mean “out.” As in, if Rosales can’t play on Wednesday, he’s as good as shut down for the season.

I think you’re reading between the lines just right on the Sounders. Less sure of RSL, but my guess would be Borchers yes, Olave no.
