The Sounders wrapped up training at Starfire today for tomorrow night’s game against Colorado. While the Sounders worked, surrounding fields were full of players from this season’s Sounders’ Corportate Cup event.

The only real news today was coach Sigi Schmid’s latest injury update, which has Nate Jaqua (groin) and Tyrone Marshall (hamstring) as gametime decisions, but goalkeeper Kasey Keller certain to be back in goal, after suffering a foot injury in the July 15 league match in D.C. and being held out of last weekend’s friendly against Celtic.

Marshall’s availability could be especially useful because fellow-defender Leo Gonzalez will miss this game due to yellow-card accumulation.

“Ianni and Parke have played together now for a number of games,” Schmid said. “So we feel pretty comfortable there.”

As for Blaise Nkufo, he is expected to make his MLS debut, although probably isn’t quite ready to go the whole game.

“Going full out he’s probably not ready for 90 minutes at this stage,” Schmid said. “I talked to Blaise today and he’s obviously a little bit sore getting back into the regular training routine. But he feels confident about being ready to go, so we’ll see how many minutes we can get out of him.”
