Rare practice miss, “mental reps” for Earl Thomas, Richard Sherman full go 11 days before Super Bowl
After both All-Pros got hurt but kept playing in last weekend’s NFC championship game, it looked like Richard Sherman’s elbow would limit him this week more than Earl Thomas’ shoulder would. I mean, Sherman couldn’t even lift his left arm above his hip.
But three days later the opposite is true. Thomas sat out practice today while Sherman was full go.
Thomas has played in all 82 games since he arrived in the NFL as the Seahawks’ first-round draft choice in 2010. So even though he missed a practice for one of the only times of his career today …
