Special teams cog and backup safety Chris Maragos has signed with the Philadelphia Eagles. Maragos’ deal is reported at three years and $4 million, with $1 million guaranteed.

Maragos played the last three years in Seattle. He made 12 total tackles last year and recovered a fumble. His value was in special teams coverage.

  1. Sad that no one has commented yet on Maragos. He will be a good addition to the Eagles. He’s much more than back-up “fodder”. The guy is an excellent STer. Wish him the best.

    go hawks

  3. Isn’t that contract close to the veteran minimum? Seems like the Hawks could have kept him at that price.
