As Bobby mentioned the 60min replay of the game is on again tonight (NFLN) but this time they add in the FX. (the mic’ed up audio)
If it’s anything like ‘Inside the NFL’ version it should be great..

  2. mocarob says:

On Inside the NFL they even show plays on the field with Petey’s open mic in the background.. awesome.

Have to say, after living in Packer country in the late 90s, then having Jeff Fischer personally feel sorry for me and try to convert me into a Titans fan in ’99 in my brief stint in Nashville, then live in DC where Redskins (Redskins!) fans try to pity me, I can emphatically say now that staying true top the Blue and Green had been made all the more worth it! It’s been a he’ll of a ride, and I have plenty of quarters left to hop on the next one starting tomorrow!

  4. I’m watching it (again) right now and it’s pretty cool/quick. I liked the part where Beast is asking Lynch if they can keep scoring. lol

Hawks are currently up 15-0 if anyone still wants to see a majority of the scoring…

  5. Oops… Beast is asking Mr. Happy if they can keep scoring.

RDP mentions the blue and the green. Wow, how did the Green get into this? There are a dozen ways the Seahawks are cool, but the #12 and the color green are two of my favorites.

I just love how we all have embraced the 12th man concept and how we are individually known as “12′s”. I’m not one of the 12th men, but I’m a “12″. How cool!

Lime green is a totally weird color but somehow the Seahawks have come to be known by that color. No other team in the NFL has ever had any association with lime green. It’s ours, and we love it!

This is the best inside the NFL I’ve ever seen!

  8. Back from the parade. In a word, nuts!!! We are world champs, it’s still sinking in. I didn’t realize what a chip on my shoulder I had until it was taken away with this win. Such a strange feeling. Well… What’s next?

    Congrats again to everyone!

  9. man, it’s great to see these guys enjoying themselves – - #24 especially for some reason – - just to seem him strutting onto the field makes me smile.

    magical year.

Was there a Sherman sighting in the parade?

Today was amazing. The parade, and rally inside C Link, was just incredible. I will remember this day for the rest of my life. Seeing Paul Allen hoist the Lombardi trophy, in person, in Seattle, was simply incredible. The absolute ideal punctuation to a dream come true.

On a side note: a very heart felt thank you to FleaFlicker who hooked me up with passes to the rally today. I owe you one. I’m genuinely grateful. To see that in person was the culmination of a lifetime of near misses and far more never-closes. Thanks again, man. Cheers.

  12. GeorgiaHawk says:

Great comments Duke! Wish I was there.

  13. Dukeshire says:

Georgia – I would be lying if I said I didn’t tear up. I just seems so real to me now. A very special day.

  14. DanielleMND says:

Second greatest day ever to be a Seahawks fan!

  15. Lets hope that more players have the same feeling as Tate, and keep this extra special team together for years to come.

    GO HAWKS!!

  16. chuck_easton says:

After yesterday’s parade, and seeing with my own eyes that the big expensive silver trophy from Tiffany’s really is in Seattle I have finally decided to accept that this is real.

I hope the city doesn’t have to wait another 37 years for the second trophy as I likely wouldn’t be around to see it (unless I live to be 87 and still have my full mental faculties).

The debate on NFLN last night officially turned to the ‘dynasty’ talk and what Seattle would have to do to be included in discussions with the 1980′s SF teams, the 1990′s Cowboys teams, the 60′s era Packers, and the 2000′s era NE Patriots.

It was agreed that 1 trophy isn’t enough. 2 in 2 years would do it, or 3 in 4 years would be enough. I’m all for the 2 in a row approach as it means we get to keep this feeling for another full year!!!
