  1. Russell Wilson is 3-0 on Monday Night Football, 7 TDs, 0 INTs. 4 other QBs from class of 2012 have MNF starts: combined 1-6, 6 TDs & 8 INTs.

  2. PTI just said that the Hawks have ‘peaked’ too soon!

  3. mrchubbs says:

Some semi-interesting stuff on the Niner’s chat from earlier today:

    First the final poll…

Who is Public Enemy #1 for Niner Fans?

    Richard Sherman 48%
    Pete Carroll 29%
    The 12th Man 19%
    Russell Wilson 5%

And when asked “Where do you see the Niners having an advantage against the Seahawks?”

    Response was:
“Uh . . . uh . . . uh . . . Well, the game is being played at Candlestick Park and not Seattle. That’s the biggest advantage.”

  4. Well you can’t know if you have “Peaked” until you have gone down hill and not returned. BUT I am sure we can all find teams that have peaked in the past in the regular season or early in the play-offs. I don’t think that has happened to this team.

Time will tell – time WILL tell

  5. NYHawkFan says:

Who says the Hawks have peaked? Their best football is still ahead of them!!

  6. The guy who said it was some big black dude – filling in for Michael Wilbon. Didn’t recognize him. He still likes SF to go to the SB cause they got Crabtree back.

  7. Vegas56 says:

What was apparent last night is that top to bottom on the roster, the ‘Hawks have the best personnel in the league. The coaching, particularly the offensive and defensive coordinators are beginning hit their stride (I’m sure having two weeks to prepare for the Saints helped there). With that combination it becomes a matter of maintaining concentration and focus. With leaders like Thomas, Sherman, Wilson and Lynch…I think we’re going to be just fine there.

  8. GeorgiaHawk says:

The Seahawks won’t peak until Russell Wilson has peaked and that will be a few more years at least.

  9. On @710ESPNSeattle, John Clayton says a yearlong suspension “is off the table” for Brandon Browner, but he is pushing for just a fine.

  10. pabuwal says:

Browner fought the man and won.

  11. interesting news on Browner if that’s right.

  12. Southendzone says:

I’m pretty sure the Browner news is largely due to my FREE BRANDON BROWNER campaign, it’s really been gaining momentum.

  13. seaturkeys says:

  14. seahawk44 says:

    49ers -2.5 favs vs Hawks

  15. JZombie says:

Pete Prisco taking SF over Seattle, saying that SF is playing better and doing better on offense.

I don’t know about that, I mean, Seattle was pretty dominant during that bye week.

  16. sluggo42 says:

Why would anyone be afraid of the 49ers?

They are 2 Olinemen down, gore is old like Boldin. Crabtree will be blanketed like a newborn baby, and Crapperneck will barely have enough time to find his first look, whci will be covered anyways.

We are a buzz saw . We are the team nobody wants to have to play, home or away. You know they are are already starting to cry themselves to sleep this week, and they just want it to be over.

Halfway into the 3rd quarter last night the wife looks up to me and asks, “isn’t this getting boring”?
She spent the next ten minutes removing the daggers from her forehead…

Boring I askd? seriously? This would never be boring I told her. Its a rare slot of time that your team is at a dominating level such as now, and I just can’t get enough.

    49ers? hahahahahahahahahahah mmuuaahahahahahaha

  17. pabuwal says:

For some of the ballers out there who can’t make the Super Bowl, Amazon has the next best thing….

If you remain unconvinced of this TV, just read the reviews for more convincing.

Pabs….I’ll sell my daughter into white slavery for that

  20. raymaines says:

It occurs to me that the difference between us fans and actual players is that we can ruminate about the past for as long as it fascinates us, but the players have to already be looking forward to next Sunday. While “WE” are still talking about N.O., the actual players are looking ahead to SF. I want to talk about ET, RS, RW & the wide receivers, but ET, RS, RW and the rest of the crew already know more about SF then most “us” will ever know and “we” won’t even start seriously talking about the 49er’s until Thursday.

  21. thursday says:

Missed this, but I have to laugh at the Beltre comment being a Rangers fan. He’s as against a cup as he ever was. He said he’s only had the one injury in his whole career and he’ll take those odds against the discomfort lol.

  22. Well playoffs secured – We can clinch division on Sunday with a win over SF.

HFA with any other win – I would find it quite funny if SF went to TB and lost in week 15 bahahaha

  23. chuck_easton says:

Reading the Clayton article it’s clear the league is drawing the line at a four game suspension and browner won’t consider anything more than a four game fine.

League will win that in any court.

If Browner chooses he can go the Williams boys Starca

  24. raymaines says:

“We can clinch division on Sunday with a win over SF.”

    And a little help…………

  25. chuck_easton says:

Starcaps route of fighting it in court. Sure he will be able to keep playing maybe even for a few years. But at the end of things he will eventually serve the suspension.

  26. mocarob says:

Keep an eye on the sky above CandleStick Sunday.
A group of fans have hired a plane to fly a banner over the game that says GO HAWKS.

  27. seahawks12thman says:

You might be right Chuck and probably are, but I’ll take that action (and I don’t gamble!).

    Round One:
    *Browner 1 – NFL 0

    *no one year suspension

See you in the playoffs Brandon Browner…droppin’ B’s…

  28. seahawks12thman says:

Pabs, Thank you. It’s 1am and I think I pulled a stomach muscle. Now I really can’t sleep.

    Spectacular link!

“Some of you may think I’m avoiding the “elephant in the room”-the real reason why this was such a heart-wrenching choice.”
