A few interesting things here –
1). Baldwin a little higher than Rice. Rice is still way too high.
2). Bryant, Mebane seem to be the ones losing out on snaps on the DL
3). Can someone explain so few snaps for Smith? Is he yielding snaps to Irvin, Avril, etc?

  2. Dukeshire says:

pabuwal – The all-22 is now available for the Indy game and I’m going to do a Irvin breakdown in a bit more detail. Should be able to shed light on #3. I’ll post in this thread later this evening.

  3. Crappy for Schofield – only a single snap.

  4. GeorgiaHawk says:

The LOB are getting too many snaps IMO. No wonder they ran out of gas in the 4th.

  6. montanamike2 says:

You picked a good game to go to Mike.

  7. GeorgiaHawk says:

Cool MikeFromNewJersey. I hope you have a great time!

  8. GeorgiaHawk says:

montanamike2- Are you still doing the hot springs thing? I wish we had something down here like that.

  9. MikeFromNewJersey says:

Thanks guys, im looking forward to it.. My fiance thinks were going on vacation, not true.. I’m telling her its more like a business trip.

  10. Hey Mike -looks like 55 degrees and sunny for Sunday. My fiancé and I did the Jacksonville game and got poured on! Have fun.
FYI many times I have parked at Pike Place market and enjoyed the atmosphere there before walking to the game. Always fun to see the crowd and walk by the bars on the way to the game. Enjoy.

  11. montanamike2 says:

The ‘springs got invaded by weirdos so i’m taking a little time off until they’re gone, it’s happened before.

  12. MikeFromNewJersey says:

    Thanks LV

Im probably just gonna walk, in not gonna car. Staying at Hotel 5 which is probably a 30 min walk. I may hit a few bars on my way.

  13. Have fun! Not that it won’t be hard to do going to a Hawks game in Seattle. :)

I’m holding out for the Seahawks hosting the NFC Championship Game before I come out. It’s just gotta happen!

  14. I’ll be there as well, via rail (wish it was high speed) for the 1st time, sporting a #3 jersey and hoping to witness R Dub end his 4 game streak of throwing @ least 1 INT (to zero with a wins and multiple TDs…always gotta have a fantasy angle…c’mon DEF too)! Hawks… brews… no driving and sleeping on the way home, I can hardly stand it. Is it Sunday yet!?

After a couple of days, some of the mistakes that occurred in last weeks game are indeed rare.
“Andrew Luck’s career-long 73-yard connection with T.Y. Hilton was the longest touchdown pass Seattle allowed since 2007 (Week 16), when Baltimore’s Troy Smith hit Derrick Mason for a 79-yard score.”

Also, the 34 points were the most allowed since 2011 (of course the blocked field goal accounted for six and the extra point, so the D gave up 27) I’ve read many comments about the Legion of Boom and the D in general needs to be blown up and all the other sky is falling comments.(not so much today by the way, just over the past few days.) Really, is it possible they just had a bad game against an ascending team with a stud QB and enough talent to beat the 9ers on the road and us in Indy? I think I’ll wait to see if they give up another 34 against the Titans or any other team this year. Maybe the Saints. Taken this game with the severe O line injuries, I think the outcome is going to be an exception and not what we’ve seen over the last few seasons.

If they go on another nine game winning streak, that would sit pretty well too.

  16. MikeFromNewJersey says:

Does anybody know if i can take the train to the game?? Im staying in the belltown section

  17. grizindabox24 says:

Mike, you can grab the light rail at Westlake

  18. You can write all you want about our decimated O-Line leading to our first defeat. I have another theory… It’s the all-white uniforms. That has got to be it. At least add a touch of grey for the games that you want to win.

I missed the game due to a clamming/fishing excursion. Here’s to hoping that all the adversity and injury substitute playing time now ultimately leads where we know it’s going to.

Do we miss Mike Person now? That’s an honest question because I don’t know. Would he have started in front of Paul McQ at LT?

  19. Where is the best place to find game stats?

  20. ProFootballFocus provides game stats, then there’s the NFL’s gamebook:

Thanks for the info, should be a pretty simple commute. I think my hotel is 5 or 6 blocks north of westlake.

  22. blueshq says:

Thanks for the stats links guys!

  23. blueshq says:

Now I see that both guys are Kim, thanks.
