#1 in points allowed thanks to the 9ers.

This team may be the best overall team to ever take the field. I dont have stats, but I have watched a bunch of my gut says its true.

    -Hawks team-

  3. Rams have done better than I thought they would this year. Fisher is a great coach, and he has talented defenders to work with. Still, they have real deficiencies on their offense. I could see them becoming very competitive next year now that Fisher is running things.

For now, they will be just another sacrificial lamb killed by the Seahawks surge.

  4. This video has probably been posted in the past, but I just saw this. Great footage of Marshawn and MikeRob working together in the running game. Great film of the O line blocking also. The engine that makes this offense work, and allowed coaches to add Wilson’s play-action to the scheme and start working his magic. Great video.

Somewhat off topic, but when I got in to work today, my Forty Whiner fan co-worker complained for 10 minutes about the crowd noise at CLink and how it ought to be penalized, like it was years ago. I loved every one of those 10 minutes – thanks to all you Twelves who attended Sunday’s game!

  6. Russell Wilson is brought up hourly on the NYC and Philadelphia sports talk radio stations. I don’t remember anything like this for any Seahawks player.

  7. Sherminator, that is awesome. I think that is funny when opposing fans say that. You should just tell him that 49er fans have the same ability to make noise at games, so why dont they?

I was at the game and there were a few 9er fans around me. When it was getting LOUD in there, you could see it on their faces..they knew it was getting to Kap and they hated it. The majority of them left in the 3rd quarter…that was beautiful.

  8. sherminator says:

jboard1 – I told him his team’s fans had equal opportunity, but he responded that Seattle obviously designed their stadium to have favorable acoustics, so it was unfair. I told him the Rams & Cardinals have domes, and the Whiners are getting a new stadium, so let them have at it. Design whatever crowd noise enhancements (short of electronic amplification) that they want.

  9. Thank you for that link Stevos, hadn’t seen it. Man, I really love this team, and with stuff like The Real Rob Report I’ve begun to love this current roster even more, so many great, fun personalities!

  10. Sherminator, nice. It’s true and opposing fans talking about our fan noise just makes me laugh. That is what home field advantage is, so i dont get why they think it is unfair. It is just a pissed off fan making an excuse most likely.

There is a 9er fan here at my work..i walked into his office this morning and he just looked at me and said “dont even start right now”. haha, i turned around and walked out without saying a word…best way to start the morning!

  11. GeorgiaHawk says:

From a none Seahawk fan, from Sandos blog about 15 minutes ago.

” It’s too bad the NFL is not fair. The Seahawks have the most dedicated fans screaming their lungs out at every home game, painting themselves team colors, and talking trash on every forum. You guys deserve a Super Bowl title. You deserve to be relevant, you really do!”

    Love it!

My local bar is major 49er biased, I’m going in there for supper tonite, and I will be wearing one if my Seahawk shirts. I will loudly ask one of the owners (friends) and proclaim that I missed the game, could anyone let me know how it went???
I will then artfully dodge the two it three flying beverages, and then eat my burnt, snot filled supper with glee!!

You’re welcome sherminator. :D I had some Whiner fans sitting near me at that game and they looked so peeved when it started to get loud.

  14. Georgia – If you were at SB XL (maybe you were?) you’d beg to differ. It was a joke. Sure, the Steelers were MUCH closer to Detroit (after their 103th Super Bowl appearance vs. the FIRST ever one for Seahawk “fans”). Still, it wasn’t a difficult ticket to get (trust me, I was there and asked around).
