Receiver Sidney Rice (knee), tight end Anthony McCoy (back), offensive tackle Breno Giacomini (elbow), running back Marshawn Lynch (back), linebacker Leroy Hill (hamstring), cornerback Walter Thurmond (hamstring) and defensive end Red Bryant (foot) all did not practice.
Safety Earl Thomas (ankle) was a full participant. And Marcus Trufant returned to practice after missing four games with a hamstring issue.
For St. Louis, cornerback Cortland Finnegan (thigh), running back Steven Jackson (illness), linebacker James Laurinaitis (back) and cornerback Scott Wells (knee) did not practice.
Safety Craig Dahl (knee) was limited, and receiver Austin Pettis (shoulder) was a full participant.
