Pete Carroll said Sidney Rice (foot)  is back to full speed and will be ready for the game against Buffalo on Sunday. Cornerback Walter Thurmond (hamstring), though, will not be back for Sunday’s game. WR Charly Martin was placed on IR with a calf injury suffered in Thursday’s practice. I’ll have more details and a report from Friday’s practice after transcribing the Carroll tape.
