Bevell and Bradley in full panic mode paving the way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

    Let the whining begin.

BTW, if you didn’t illogically expect the Hawks to blow this team out then you wouldn’t be crying in your beer right now. I don’t know why anyone thinks we will blow any team out. Still 9-7 or 10-6. People on here seem to forget how much things change from week to week. Any given Sunday. Both of the lines got straight up dominated. That’s what lost the game. The refs were pretty helpful as well.

  3. That is the worst coached game I have seen since I cant remember when. Utterly terrible. This was a clinic on how to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

An offense DESIGNED to sit on its hands after every successful drive, to start each half flat, to endlessly pound the ball when it isnt working and to be conservative even in the second half of a game where the only points were scored by NOT being conservative, an offense designed to not lose, is an offense doomed to achieve mediocrity at its height; an offense built to fail.

And never mind the defense. Im not even gonna talk about that.

Yes, the sky has fallen. Even if this team stumbles into the playoffs, they have no business being there, and I have zero confidence in a) Pete Carrol b) Darell Bevell and C) Tom Cable.

This team is a hot mess. So much talent, yet poor coaching and a few glaring holes decimate thier performance.

That loss is on the coaching. So many things wrong. On the road they play safe. The defense always gets too tired. The play calling on defense and offense was really bad most of the day also. Puntiinh on 4th and 1 was a bad decision. Again too conservative. Run on 1st, run on 2nd and pass on the 3rd. When they mixed it up offense looked good. At home they mix it up and they look like a different team. This loss is just another bad road loss. It may have cost them any chance at the division. Maybe the playoffs.

  5. I didnt expect a blowout, but I surely didnt expect a coaching meltdown.

  6. PugetHawk says:

This loss looked eerily similar to the loss’ at the Rams and the Lions. Just total meltdowns. Here is the biggest problem, we were supposed to learn from those losses and get better so it wouldn’t happen in the second half of the season. Its a young team trying to play better but the poor coaching is still as bad as it was to start the year.

Why does Pete play not to lose only to lose in the end? I couldn’t even watch the last drive. Frustrating to watch talent wasted and mediocrity approved game plans. Boooooo!!!!

  7. SandpointHawk says:

Pete always plays not to lose. One of my problems with him.

  8. wmhartley says:

Thank you, Seattle Seahawks, for letting San Francisco 49ers be in first place, instead of Seattle Seahawks, by not keeping talented Terrell Owens, receiver, on 9 Sep 12. Each Seattle Seahawks loss this season, was by one score or less. Sad to say. So close, and yet so far, by so little. 1 score by Terrell Owens each game, could have put Seattle Seahawks into 1 st place, easily, or so I believe. I am a closet Seattle Seahawk fan, but have been disappointed also by not seeing talented Terrell Owens play. Bill
