I’ll be honest with you all here. I have never, in my life, in any football pool or otherwise, ever, anywhere bet against the Seahawks no matter how much they’ve let me down. Today I dropped $50 on the Ravens +7 (I dunno how it’s less than +20). I figure I’ll win no matter what. If the boys get raped like I expect them to, I have enough money in my account to bet them as underdogs for a few weeks, and if they win then I consider the money very well spent. Sad to say, but this should be a massacre.

Sorry, that should be -7 since the Ravens are clearly favored. This should easily be the best bet of the year. It’s a clear sign of my discontent that I break a tradition as old as the Seahawks themselves that obviously includes the terrible years between Zorn and Hass and all low points betwixt and beyond.
