As expected, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Tarvaris Jackson (strained pectoral muscle) got through his workout before the game without a hitch and will start.

But the surprise on the inactive list is wide receiver Mike Williams appears to be a healthy scratch, although that has not been confirmed by the team. Williams did not appear on the injury report this week.

Ben Obomanu will start in place of Williams.

Center Max Unger (foot), running back Marshawn Lynch (back) and tight end Zach Miller (head/neck) are all active and expected to start.

Also, rookie cornerback Byron Maxwell is active today, and it appears he’ll replace Kennard Cox, who is inactive today.

Here’s the full list.

Seattle
QB Josh Portis
WR Mike Williams
S Jeron Johnson
CB Kennard Cox
CB Ron Parker
OT Jarriel King
DT Al Woods

Cincinnati inactives
CB Morgan Trent
S Robert Sands
LB Dontay Moch
LB Rey Maualuga
OL Clint Boling
TE Jermaine Gresham
WR Ryan Whalen

Dan Skuta will start for Maualuga at middle linebacker
Donald Lee will start for Gresham at tight end
