ryan - Agreed with the others; that's really cool stuff. Be interesting to see if that "3 more days of freedom" thing has any legs. And that's a great point about injuries; pulled muscles and those type nagging injuries may very well be an epidemic this summer / fall.

Don't hesitate to pass along any more stuff. lol

ryan - I like that kind of stuff. If I were a Lions fan, I'd be pretty jacked about Johnson and Suh leading that team to the next level. I'm no Lions fan, but I'd like to see Suh w/20 sacks and if any DT ever could do it, my money is on him! He's like the only non-Seahawk I would ever consider buying a jersey of in this day and age.

rgbuckl - I think we should try to sign him. I've said this many times, but even though he's older, he is still so much better than almost everyone else that he's still going to be elite in 4-5 years. Plus, he's a high character guy that you can trust with the money. That's important (to me, anyways).

So I live in atlanta, and work at a building called Terminus in a part of the city called Buckhead. I am a building engineer and have free access to the work out facility here. The past few weeks I have been working out earlier than normal so that I can work out at the same time as a bunch of NFL players...the list is usually like this: Aubrayo Franklin (he lives in the condos here), Calvin Johnson, Tashard Choice, LeRoy Hill (lives here too) and a bunch of others that I don't really recognize without their uniforms on but its usually about 10-12 guys (Matt Stafford has been here the past couple of days)...anyway, they are working out but totally going through the motions, not working hard at all with the exception of Calvin Johnson who works his ass off the whole time. I am really worried about injuries when they start getting back into it because if any of the Hawks (and I left out Hill purposefully) are working out as lazily as these goofs are then the whole league might be in real trouble.

Also, they are all talking as of yesterday that they have 3 more days of freedom...for whatever its worth.

I can't remember who they were talking about but I guess at some point a hall of famer (was it favre?) got another players autograph after a game or something and all of these guys were clowning him saying if you have anything left after a game to go and try to get someone's autograph you were a punk. After that convo they were kind of talking about mike vick and how you would likely approach him for an autograph, "Yo mike man - its a shame what they did to you over them dogs yo...I don't even like dogs man, can I get an autograph?" It was funny as s&*t and everyone was laughing. They pretty much cut up and make jokes the whole time they are "working out".

Anyway, I'm not sure if anyone is interested in that kind of stuff but there's plenty of fuel for fodder down here in Atlanta...they guys are pretty cool about talking to me when they are here. Although I haven't approached LeRoy Hill about being a Seahawk fan, I am just waiting for him to slip up and talk smack about the organization.

I forgot how young ET actually is. Wasn't he not even old enough to drink a beer when we picked him up?

I agree with watching the OL develop & the secondary. It'll also be fun watching that competition at safety & corner. Duke & Bobby, any predictions as to our eventual starters? Do we pick up Nnamdi? I also can't wait to see what Browner does.
