Damn, that sounds fun. Long drive from Bend to Seattle though.

I’d like to go too, but even a long way from Portland.
Bend is such a cool area. Any good Seahawk bars or what’s the best sports bar in town?

Damn the luck and poor economy that sent me to 9′ers land!

Mel Kiper Jr is just as much an idiot on a 15′x20′ screen as he is on my tv at home. Plus, the drinks are cheaper at my place.
My draft day prediction:
Fans at WaMu Theater will let out a collective groan after the Seahawks prove unable to draft a QB and an OT and an OG and a WR all with their first round pick.

Personally, I like Kiper. I don’t know why, but I do.

Duke-
I normally only get them to watch about a quarter with me before they’re on to something else though.
I don’t actually go the sportsbars in town too much. I have two young kids, so I spend sundays at home with them…teaching them about Seahawk football.
I don’t think there’s any specific Seahawks places here, but the McMenimens usually puts the games up on the big screen for ‘Hawks playoff games and a few regular season ones, which is fun.
Rivals I’ve heard is a good sportsbar here, but I havnt been there. Maybe I need to do some research!?
Stevos-
I think the most fun about the draft at WaMu would just be hanging out with other Seahawk folks, getting some good food, and having a few drinks. Sure drinking beer at home is fine…but it would be more fun in a social setting-even if they take someone we don’t like.

Cornutt – That’s cool. I watch all the games at home too. I’ll head out for Monday night or college games on Saturday though. I usually get to Bend a couple times a year for golf or camping or whatever so I’ll have to check Rivals out next time, provided your “research” checks out. lol
And I think WaMu would be fun for that very reason. I’ve always gotten a kick out of the Jets fans in NY during the draft and their reactions to the picks.

Yes, no doubt hearing fans groan over the first round pick may be fun. And the party should be a good one. If the Seahawks end up picking Locker, I’ll bet the place goes bonkers! I plan to be there.

I’d love to be there, that’s for sure!
