  1. Dukeshire says:

It’s great that Heater is getting some love, but how on earth can he be a top 5 OLB before ever taking a snap there yet? I would like nothing more than for him to be that good, there.

I’m also really happy to hear that Tate is working with Fitzgerald, a pro’s pro. That camp sounds like a great experience and an amazing way to learn from the best. Golden not taking his 5 week “vacation”, I love it. Here’s hoping others are following suit.

  2. There are a number of offseason workout camps like these now. Burleson spent time at one in AZ last year and he came to camp sharp after his rehab. Hasselbeck is often named as a QB who does summer workouts with a lot of different players. But Fitzgerald’s camp really sounds like the place for young receivers to be.

I’m pretty sure they asked Golden Tate to bring donuts.

  3. The Jets just signed Pick #61 OT Vladimir Ducasse for $3.25 Million for 4 years.

Pick #60 WR Golden Tate Seahawks un-signed
Pick #59 RB Montario Hardesty Browns un-signed

    Good one Stevos…

  5. williambryan says:

I think this is probably the best news of the offseason. I think this shows that Tate truly wants to be a great WR and is going to work hard at it. I think we can count on Tate at the very least not being a bust, and after the top pot caper, i was at least a little nervous about him.

  6. BobbyAyala says:

Are we not going to get a LeBron James post today, Eric?

I thought it was mandated across the sports journalism board, regardless of format or sport covered.

    I’m a little disappointed…

  7. Dukeshire says:

I hope LeBron pulls a Favre and announces that he hasn’t made a decision yet.

  8. I hope he pulls a fast one and announces he is coming to the Seahawks to play DE.

  9. Maybe he could just come in on Sundays and jump over the line of scrum to block kicks. Could make a good check for 16 days of work- and he could get even more attention!
