I much preferred all the “I am going to reserve judgement” and the “I don’t necessarily agree with the moves the team has made in the off-season” crap to this nickname-calling cutesy junk going on now.

The Hawks’ brass has pulled in a nice haul. I hope they put them to use and actually put the best product on the field regardless of who it upsets.

I wish camp started tomorrow.

Schneider was in a relative position with the Pack under Thompson and o-line hadn’t been a priority. But look. Ted T took LT Bulaga after seeing Rodgers scamper for his life. Schneider may have rubbed off selecting Okung. And when making comparisons just look at Greg Jennings. Both Golden Tate and Jennings are the same size but Tate has a tad bit more speed and much better RAC. Look for big things. I expect tate to be Golden and if we can get him the ball, Hass, he should have a better career than Tory Holt. Jennings is well on his way with Rodgers. .. To be honest I know nothing about Whitehurst. How does he stack up against Rodgers?.Clausen sure could unload an accurate long ball.
So far an exceptional couple of trades and draft IMO.

I’d put Tate ahead of Butler.

Also the OL, if this past OTA is any indication will be:

Okung, Hamilton, Spencer, Unger Locklear

That is until Spencer suffers his annual injury and then I wouldn’t be suprised to see Unger move to Center and either Willis or Spencer at RG.

McCoy is a highly rated TE and was projected as a 2-3 rounder. He had a 7.6 player rating by NFL.com

Do these positions look right as far as order?

RB White/Washington/Forsett

WE TJ/Butler/Tate/One of the Williams’s

O- Line Okung/Hamilton/Unger or Spencer/Willis/Locklear

He’s apparently not very quick off the snap, and in the pro’s you sure need to be as everything is accelerated….
