If they get rid of Hasslebech they’re making a mistake. I don’t care who you put in as qb or how good they are they’re not going to be productive with out an o-line and our o-line might just as well have brought chairs with them to the huddle and then sat down to be comfortable at the snap for all the good they did last season. We need to work on the o-line so the play and the qb has a chance to progress. It was all Matt could do to keep from being sacked last season. For the amount of time the offense spent on the field during a game they surely can’t say they were tired.

Bobby: I think your “stupid” stuff has rubbed some the wrong way. And who exactly are you referring to when you talk about “rednecks”? Jarred Allen? He’s the only redneck I can think of in the NFL right now. I know you didn’t call Ray Lewis a redneck. He may be many things, but redneck, he is not.

I’m not sure which part of this you don’t understand, but I said “some” not “me.” Personally, I don’t mind it. I’ll take this any day over some clown with no morals but doesn’t preach.

Totally respect the guy – maybe the most accurate passer in the league. That game this playoffs, 29-33 with 5 tds, unbelievable. And time always respects a guy who steps away a year too early, rather than a year too late.

And I still remember that Rams team he took to the super bowl as about the most entertaining team to watch of all the years i’ve been a football fan.

I hope he gets in to the HOF too.

Amen to what Duke said.

As much as I root against Warner, since he’s a division rival, there’s not many non-Seahawks that I have more respect for in the history of this league. Sure, I think he’s been lucky having Bruce, Holt, Fitz, etc. to throw to, but he has been a great player. If it were as easy to look great with Fitz/Boldin, then Leinert never would have lost his job.

I know his “God” stuff has rubbed some the wrong way, but I will tell you that I’ll take that kind of stuff any day over some of these rednecks who aren’t exactly role models for young people to follow.

Not everyone can be a Barry Sanders and I’ll take a Kurt Warner any day over a Ray Lewis.

So, you haven’t heard the rumor that Seattle is working on a Hass – Leinart trade?! That reunites Carroll-Leinart and gives AZ an experienced QB to continue their run of success while the window is still there. It’s supposed to be a done deal. lol

As much as AZ steps back, SF may step forward, maybe. Last season’s SEA team had a record of 4-4 at Qwest and 1-7 at their away games. The 2010 opponents are not a cakewalk bunch, but AFCW could be a little easier than last season’s AFCS, and NFCS might be a little easier than last season’s NFCN(?) Hawks get NYG at Qwest and CHI at Soldier field. Game dates could also make some difference.
