Can the Seahawks get a win down in the desert in this make-or-break game against the Arizona Cardinals? What are the keys to stopping Kurt Warner, Larry Fitzgerald and the rest of Arizona’s potent offense? And will we see more of Seneca Wallace on offense for Seattle?
We answer those questions and others in this week’s Seahawks Insider podcast, which you can check out here.
I like the Roots intro…very nice.

Hawks better not get blown out! I just purchased a couple tickets off ebay. South lower end zone on the home side. Says to get there early b/c the adjacent parking ticket is in premier tailgating country. Ha Ha, my 89 Carlson jersey should go over well.

Al Jazeera? Lol. Ryan, you watch Al Jazeera? I’m skeptical. More likely you’ve seen the movie Control Room. Nice drop in any case.
Of all the consideration I have given a hypothetical switch to 3-4 I hadn’t considered Lofa’s health. A good point. Injuries and missed each of the last two seasons. Why make the commitment to his health now? Indeed.
Good job, again fellas. You’ve done a very nice job polishing and improving this each week.

Hey Eric,
Good conversation! The seahawks are going to AZ and lose the game. I know but I’m a true fan and a realist too. So I would like to see the hawks start looking to the draft maybe next week you guys could kind of start talking about next year. I would like to here Rang’s thoughts of possible 3-4 defense lineman and OT tackle help. I see us needing to address these 2 areas. Also on the road losing streak, it just shows that we are no longer a dominating home team. we’ve always been bad on the road (since 2001) and need be a much better home team. you can be a playoff team if your road record is 3-5 or 4-4 just by winning 7-1 or 8-0 at home. We’ve already lost 2 home games this year and will probably finish the road record 1-7 or 0-8 which means if we win the rest of our home games we will finish with a 6-10 record or 7-9. Keep reporting

Yellaman: Hey Nolan. Thought that was you. I’ll ask Rang about your questions on the 3-4 and try to follow up on it next week. Good hearing from you. I appreciate your contributions to the blog.
