You can't argue with his ability to lead, and we need someone that can bring an identity to this team. I don't think Ruskell has done a bad job, but we need to create that identity, and that has been lost since Holmy left and Ruskell has been GM. See Parcells in Miami. He's likely going to be re-signed (just my hunch) and people on here are going to be throwing themselves of the nearest bridge or high building. The safety play is shaky, the corners are too small, all the money is tied up in the LB position, DL is aging (kerney & Redding) and jackson and tapp are not good enough players to be consistent. Ruskell has had 5 years to give us a a top 10 defense and we are not!!! If it wasn't for the those 2 blowout winsthis season are defesne ranking would be horrible. I don't have enough faith in ruskell to rebuild our Oline and get us a RB and a QB for the future. Do u seahawk fans? Just look at the defense he has put together. The defense was suppose to define this team and its not up to snuff. I watched the lions teams move up and down the field on our defesne last week and we got lucky that a rookie QB kept throwing us the ball (5 picks) Just wait till next week when Warner throws 5 TD passes against us. Lots of great debate over our GM spot...!!! Be it TR, Holmy or someone else, next year, that person will have no choice but to address the offensive line needs... most probably in overkill.... For me, I still continue to feel we have significant talent on the field, but how that talent is being used is a failure... Argue all we want about the GM spot, the coach and staff needs to step up and do their job. I don't believe that's happening... A change needs to happen on that sideline.... Whew!!!
