Milloy had game when he as young. Times have changed and so has he. And a couple people have it right. He gets toasted a lot now. Young speed is faster than the Corner Back and the Safety. I think catch up speed is a great thing to have and younger players have it. I hope his tackling ability is solid so he can help stop the run. Thirty six is not old in regular life but it is in football. I just think it's hard to keep up with twenty year olds. I wish the Seahawks the best and I hope they win the division. No disrespect or anything but Branch is always hurt. Returning punts and kicks is not a good thing. He will be hurt all over again and out for the season and no use to the team. Seattle claims their Safeties are 'interchangeable' so the titles of SS and FS really don't apply. When Milloy is in the game he’ll be the SS and either Grant or Babs will be the FS.

I saw that playoff game Bobby mentioned and this guy cannot cover half the field anymore. The idea of Grant and Babineaux starting is a lot more appealing. But if each team in the league waives that opportunity and he passes through and "clears waivers" then that player can be signed to a teams PS (assuming he has eligibility.) I was confused about that as well, but I believe that is the gist of it. The Seahawks didn't waive on Frye and claimed him when they were up, thus the 53 man roster. Eric, is that about right?
