Aaron Fentress of The Oregonian is reporting that Oregon State product Mike Hass will be signed to the Seattle Seahawks practice squad. So it looks like one down and seven to go. The final list should be announced sometime this afternoon as players the team covets clear waivers.

Here's the list of players who have practice squad eligibility that the team waived on Saturday: WR Mike Hass, WR Logan Payne, TE Joe Newton, QB Jeff Rowe, RB Devin Moore, OL Na’Shan Goddard, OL Andre Ramsey, OL Will Robinson, OL Brian De La Puente, K Brandon Coutu, LB Dave Philistin, DB Jamar Adams, DB Marquis Floyd, DB Courtney Greene and DB Nate Ness.

I hope we can hang on to Payne too.

I'm surprised Na'Shon Goddard and Marquis Floyd are eligible. The Giants signed Goddard in 06 and Floyd is 29 years old.

Hoping for Payne to make it as well. I think he will be a great talent when his time comes.

    Excellent!

Although he's awfully similar to Forsett, I'd like to see Moore on the PS also.

What about signing Coutu to the PS? He was on the inactive list all last year, did that quash his eligibility for PS this year?
