It is an awesome gizmo. You tie Your ankles and go upside-down ( make sure You do adjust it to Your height or, You'll have an unpleasant and painful experience like me). It will align and fix Your back muscles and spine problems. Check it out !! After a (long) while, You can start twisting Your torso left and right.....You'll feel like brand new baby (minus the diapers). Really, check it out.
