Associated Press reporter Gregg Bell recently climbed Mount Rainier and wrote about his experience. A West Point graduate who still runs more than 30 miles a week, Bell said he was smoked after reaching the 14,411-foot peak, and told league commissioner Roger Goodell that he better be in shape when he takes on Rainier along with Seahawks head coach Jim Mora and team CEO Tod Leiweke in a climb for charity on July 8.



Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk.com predicts the future of 11 new NFL coaches heading into 2009, including Mora.
