I don’t trust Ruskell with a low draft pick, let alone a high pick. No more Kelly Jennings, Chris Spencers and Lawrence Jacksons.Or trading away our 1st round pick. Put a GM in who can actually evaluate talent and doesn’t alienate players and I’m happy.

This is good. He should stay put and come back strong next year. This year means nothing. That’s why it’s important we get some high draft picks out of it.

It doesn’t look good. Among other things, ‘Hawks D has got to find a way to get off the field. Even against the 49ers last week, the time of possession was almost 10 minutes in favor of S.F.. That happens against Philly, it’ll be a boat race. On the other hand, if they somehow find a way to win, it’s a whole new season. Not likely, I’m afraid.

These are the kind of injuries that happen to every team — it’s just that we’re so far down already, injury-wise, record-wise, that we can’t afford to lose any of our good players, and Kerney has probably been our most consistent defensive player this year.

You never know I guess – but it doesn’t look too good for us Sunday against Philly.
