According to NFL.com, Bills left tackle Jason Peters is ending his holdout and reporting to the Bills. However, and this is a big however, he is not supposed to be playing against the Seahawks on Sunday. Not sure if that is a good or bad thing. On the one hand, you kind of like the idea of having Kerney and Jackson going against second-tier guys. On the other, having Jackson and Tapp going against a guy who would be playing for the first time nine months might be kind of appealing as well.

It seemed a little quick for the Bills to place Crowell on the IR so fast. And then today I read on thier web site that they moved his belongings out of his old locker to a smaller one next to rookies. Ouch! If he has any freinds in the locker room this may become a bit of a distraction.

I know he’d be rusty, but I’ll take the second tier guy. Peters is a Pro Bowler and a second team All-Pro. Even a bit out of synch, I would rather see Kearney, Jackson and Tapp go against their otherwise undistinguished tackles.

  3. I’m with DC. Keep the pro bowler on the bench.

This guy is a jerk. Sat out all training camp for a new contract when he’s still under contract for 3 more years (and got fined a half million dollars for his 43 day hold out). That would be a great move by Buffalo, put an out of shape, out of condition guy on the field and watch him tear something and be lost for the season.
