Skyline High’s Max Browne just keeps adding more national awards to his personal pile.
This one might be the biggest honor of all.
On Tuesday, the Spartans’ star quarterback, who became the state’s all-time passing leader, was named the Gatorade national high school football player of the year.
Not only has he been exemplary on the football field – he passed for 4,526 yards and 49 touchdowns – he also holds a 3.5 grade point average, and is active in his local church and as a volunteer with the American Cancer Society Relay for Life.
Here is the link for his biography from the folks at Gatorade.
