  1. Any team on this list (especially in the 3A, 4A ranks) that is playing with NO D-1 Recruits, gets my respect. It is that kind of coaching that separates a great coach from a recruiting coach. Where you REALLY see it today,.is at the youth football levels. It is unbelievable.
