Adrienne Martelli

Ex-Curtis High student Adrienne Martelli, who took home a bronze medal in quad-sculls rowing in the Summer Olympics in London, will be returning to her alma mater Jan. 26 for a homecoming assembly.

She will be honored during the 7 p.m. event in the school’s gymnasium.

Martelli plans to be a keynote speaker that night, sharing her experiences from Curtis, getting into rowing at the University of Washington, her Olympics’ experience – and what it was like meeting President Barack Obama at the White House.
