Ken Bush has been hired as the head boys basketball coach at Mount Rainier High. Bush has been an assistant with the Rams for four seasons and played at Seattle University from 1992-96.

“Ken’s basketball background along with his direct experience with the program should serve to ease the transition to a new head coach,” said Terri McMahan, Highline School District athletic director. “We believe he will build upon the foundation established by Bryan Johnson and continue to improve the program. Ken is a solid individual with a well-designed plan aimed at improving our student athletes both on and off the court. We look forward to what he will establish as our new leader.
