Rogers’ Heath Dempsey threw a no-hitter on Thursday, leading the Rams to a 3-0 win over Federal Way. Dempsey struck out seven in seven innings, beating Eagles pitcher Darrien Moran, who fanned 10 in seven innings.

Rogers scored its three runs in the fifth inning when the Rams benefited from a walk and two errors.
