The Washington Interscholastic Activities Association released the 2012-14 enrollment figures this afternoon.

There’s nothing in there that hasn’t already been reported — click here to see what schools are moving and how leagues will look next fall. One thing worth noting is that Stadium will be the smallest Class 4A school. When I spoke with Tacoma School District athletic director Jennifer Kubista in the fall she said a study showed that the school could be 3A by the next enrollment cycle (2014-16) and that looks possible.
East Valley (Spokane) seems to be missing from this list. They were pretty near the 2A cutoff during the last biennium, so I don’t want to speculate where they should be. Doug – any chance you can hit up the WIAA about that. Hate to think they missed a sizable school like that.
Good catch. I follow up with the WIAA.
