Here’s your chance to unleash your inner-Nostradamus and predict the outcome of the state playoffs. Hundreds entered the last season’s contest,

And win prizes.

Below are brackets for the 4A, 3A, 2A and 1A football state playoffs. If you’ve ever filled out brackets for the NCAA basketball tournament, this is exactly the same.

Deadline to enter is 6 p.m. Friday.

2011 Class 4A football state playoffs

2011 Class 3A Football State Playoffs

2011 Class 2A Football State Playoffs

2011 Class 1A Football State Playoffs

1. Click on a link to the 4A, 3A, 2A or 1A contests:
2. Click on “Championship Bracket”
3. You’ll see the bracket, click on “Predict It!”
4. Pick the first-round winners and click “Enter”
5. Do the same for the quarterfinals, semifinals and final.
Note: You will have to register with contest host BracketMaker to enter. This is the same host we used for last year’s contest, and I’ve received no spam from them, so feel safe entering.

Now, about those prizes. Most of last year’s winners picked from an assortment of books that we received at the TNT. We’ve also got some DVDs, clothing, posters, more books and other random items to choose from.

I’ll post my picks later this week. And stop by the blog at noon on Thursday for a live chat on the state playoffs.

So, fill out your brackets and have some fun.

Friday Night #2 Tumwater vs. #6 Arch Bishop and Saturday afternoon #4 North Thurston vs. #1 Lynden… I’ll go with Tumwater as a lock and North Thurston in an upset.
