The SPSL North and South playoff scenarios come courtesy of Dave Lutes, SPSL football commissioner. I’ll post an updated edition of Class 4A playoff projections on Sunday. Click here to see the pre-Week 8 version for 4A and 3A.

SPSL SOUTH
The top four seeds are already determined as we head into Week 9.
No. 1 Seed: Federal Way
No. 2 Seed: Bethel
No. 3 Seed: Puyallup
No. 4 Seed: Graham Kapowsin
No. 5 Seed: Curtis or Rogers, depending on Week 9 results

If Curtis beats Beamer in Week 9, the Vikings get the fifth seed, no matter if Rogers beats Puyallup. For Rogers to get the fifth seed, it must beat Puyallup and Beamer must beat Curtis.

Spanaway Lake, Todd Beamer and Emerald Ridge will be in divisional crossover non-playoff games in Week 10.

SPSL NORTH
No. 1 seed: Kentlake

All other seeds will be based on Week 9 results. Kentwood, Tahoma and Jefferson have clinched postseason berths. Either Auburn or Kentridge will be eliminated based on Week 9 results. Auburn Riverside, Kent-Meridian and Mount Rainier will be in divisional crossover non-playoff games in Week 10.

If Kentwood beats Kentridge, Kentwood is the No. 2 seed. That is the only constant heading into Week 9. Everything else is dependent on other outcomes.

WEEK 10 NON-PLAYOFF GAMES
All games scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday, November 3

Game 1: Kent-Meridian @ Spanaway Lake (Crate Field)
Game 2: Todd Beamer @ Mt. Rainier (Highline Stadium)
Game 3: (Auburn or Kentridge) @ Emerald Ridge (Sparks Stadium)
Game 4: (Rogers or Curtis) @ Auburn Riverside (Auburn Memorial)
