The entire Puyallup Vikings offensive arsenal was on display against the Beamer Titans.
Puyallup (5-3 overall) cashed in on nearly every opportunity on offense, cruising to a 64-28 victory against Beamer (1-7) on Friday night at Sparks Stadium in Puyallup.

Eight different Puyallup Vikings players scored touchdowns against the Titans.

“The score isn’t necessarily indicative of how things went. We felt pretty disjointed at times and really didn’t feel like anything came very easy,” Vikings head coach Gary Jeffers said. “We were certainly happy with the outcome and look forward to playing our great rival the Rogers Rams next week but we definitely have many things we can go home and work on from tonight.”

After fumbling in the first quarter, senior running back Jeremy Misailegalu responded with two electrifying touchdown scampers later in the game. Misailegalu had a 29-yard touchdown run and a 46-yard touchdown run, eluding a bevy of tacklers on each occasion en route to the endzone.

“Jeremy has just been a great leader for us all year. He’s a trooper and he is an iron-man. He’s been dinged up all year long but just keeps on going,” Jeffers said. “I’m happy we made it out of this game without any new injuries. We’re thrilled to be sitting where we are at right now.”

Puyallup wide receiver Nic Wisor, who caught a 4-yard touchdown pass in the first quarter from quarterback Rhys Gervais, was satisfied with the win but knows there’s still room for improvement.

“We feel pretty good about the win. We got to come out and clean some stuff up in practice and come out hard against Rogers next week,” Wisor said.
