Todd Corrigan, who has spent the past five seasons on the Life Christian Academy football staff – including the past three years as coach – is leaving to join Jeff Thomas’ staff at the University of Puget Sound.

It is a bit of a homecoming for Corrigan – his father, Myles, was a former Loggers assistant.

As he reshuffles his staff – UPS has four openings this offseason – Corrigan will coach on the defensive side of the ball, Thomas said.

Corrigan, who was an assistant on Life Christian’s two state semifinal squads in 2006 and 2007, was hired Tuesday.
