Thursday’s highlights

Fourteen state-qualifying marks were turned in when North Thurston and River Ridge got together for a girls swim meet. River Ridge’s Shannell Sullenberger and Kiana Sullenberger and North Thurston’s Arriya Hagen recorded two a piece.

Beamer’s Rachel Kim swam state-qualifying times in the 500 free (5:15.36) and 100 breaststroke (1:09.23), but the Titans fell to Curtis, 104-80.

Decatur’s girls golf team handed Enumclaw its first league loss in years, winning 139-129. The Gators’ Amanda Beyke and the Hornets’ Kelly Sweeney shared medalist honors, shooting 3-over 39 at Twin Lakes.

Enumclaw golfers Kurt Kindsvater, Colton McCluskey and David Smith each shot 1-over 36 at Enumclaw Golf Course, tying for first place in a win against Decatur.

Shea-linn White smashed 12 kills for Graham-Kapowsin in its 3-1 win at Spanaway Lake.

Allison Wuerch tallied 10 kills and four blocks in Auburn Riverside’s 3-0 victory over Jefferson.

Tacoma Baptist’s Natalie Snyder had 10 aces in a 3-1 win over Rainier Christian.

Auburn Mountainview clipped Bonney Lake 1-0 in a shootout. Jessica McAllister recorded the shutout for the Lions.

Sumner goalkeeper Alex Hoyt turned in a shutout and Megan Fenton and Kaylie Rozell scored for the Spartans in a 2-0 win against Steilacoom.

Kimmie Stueckle and Stephanie Riley each had two goals for Emerald Ridge in its 6-0 win over Bethel.
