CLASS 4A
1. Skyline (3-1)
2. Curtis (4-0)
3. Auburn (4-0)
4. Bothell (3-1)
5. Gonzaga Prep (3-1)
6. Richland (4-0)
7. Ferris (4-0)
8. Kentwood (4-0)
9. Issaquah (3-1)

There’s a new No. 1 in 4A. On the strength of its 35-6 win over previously third-ranked Issaquah, Skyline has regained the top spot it held in the preseason. Curtis, which beat Graham-Kapowsin 35-0, holds steady at No. 2, while Auburn fell to third after squeaking past Tahoma, 31-27. The Trojans have been battling injuries and the team has yet to send its top 11 defensive players onto the field together because of that.
After Issaquah and Skyview losses, Gonzaga Prep, Richland and Ferris all rose in the rankings.
Two teams make their debuts in the rankings this week. Kentwood is in after passing its first big test, a 35-21 win at Puyallup. The Conquerors host Auburn this week. Chiawana, led by three-time state championship coach Steve Graff, comes in at No. 10 after walloping Walla Walla 37-0.
CLASS 3A
1. Liberty (3-1)
2. Bellevue (3-1)

Next: Bonney Lake (3-1), Enumclaw (1-3), Ferndale (2-1), Kennedy Catholic (2-1), Meadowdale (3-1), Mount Si (2-2), Timberline (2-2).
Only one change in the 3A rankings. Glacier Peak, formerly ranked ninth, lost 44-37 to Lake City (Idaho). The Grizzlies fall one spot and O’Dea moves up one spot.
Camas scored an impressive win over Skyview, which had been ranked No. 7 in 4A, last week, and Capital escaped from Enumclaw, which is vastly better than its record indicates, but the Papermakers and Cougars hold steady.
The big game this week is No. 1 Liberty visiting No. 7 Juanita.

CLASS 1B
1. Cusick
2. Lummi
3. Almira/Coulee-Hartline
4. Touchet
5. Lyle/Wishram
Lyle/Wishram is back in the top five after Wishkah Valley lost.
how is it that 2A #5 ranked WF West can lose to #3 ranked Tumwater in week 3, and stay ranked #5, yet #8 North Thurston lost to Tumwater in week 4 and dropped out of the rankings? shouldn’t WFWest have dropped in the rankings to allow teams such as Prosser, Clarkston, Sumner, or maybe even Deer Park (4-0) to move up in the rankings?
