Kentwood rolled over Richland and won the 4A baseball championship.

More from Kentwood, senior Max Manthou claimed high fourth boys tennis singles state title. Charles Wright and Cascade Christian tennis players won state titles, too.

At the 4A finals of Star Track XXVIII, Shane Moskowitz capped his stellar high school career with the 1,600 title, Mead swept the boys and girls team titles and Federal Way’s Robert Shelby made a nice recovery to win a championship.

Franklin Pierce sprinter Germe Poston reigned supreme in the 3A finals of Star Track XXVIII.

West Central District fastpitch teams had a rough go at the 4A state tournament.

Franklin Pierce placed third in the 3A fastpitch state tournament.
