Emerald Ridge is no longer searching for a football coach, the Jaguars will have five co-head coaches on the field in the fall. You can read about that innovative development in this article.

As for Puyallup, which saw former coach Tom Ingles resign last month, the Vikings are still accepting applications, said Rick Wells, the school district’s athletic director. Wells said interviews will begin on Feb. 22, but said no finalists have been selected yet.

And here’s a late signing to pass along. Wilson defensive end Xavier Cooper will sign a letter of intent on Wednesday to play at Washington State University. Cooper, who also received an offer from Eastern Washington, will greyshirt his freshman year.
