We’re at halftime in the second game at Qwest Field and Franklin Pierce is handling Selah 25-0.

Franklin Pierce quarterback Erich Armstrong is putting up Playstation numbers so far. Armstrong is 6 of 11 for 202 yards and three touchdowns. Max Lutton has three catches for 101 yards and two touchdowns.

In the first game of the event Royal, a Class 1A power from east of the Cascades defeated Eatonville 34-23.

The biggest game of the day is Lakes vs. Gig Harbor. We’ll have regular updates for you here. And you can also listen to the game on the radio at KGHP 93.7.

That’s all for now, but I’ll check back in at the end of the Franklin Pierce-Selah game.
