Roosevelt (24-0) remained undefeated on the season with a 61-27 victory against Central Kitsap.

The Roughriders went on a 16-0 run in the second quarter as they took a 28-14 halftime lead.

Washington-bound Mackenzie Argens scored 10 points with future coach June Daugherty in the stands. Her teammate, Julia Koerner also scored 10 points.

Central Kitsap’s (14-13) biggest quarter was a 10-point first quarter. It looked like the Cougars would hang with the Roughriders during the first half until Roosevelt pulled away in the second quarter.

Amanda Evans led the Cougars with 10 points.
