U.S. Sen. Patty Murray made it official this morning, sending a representative into the Secretary of State’s office to file paperwork for her re-election campaign.
Also filing are two newcomers, Republican Norma Gruber of Walla Walla and Schalk Leonard of Poulsbo, who will be listed on the ballot as having no party preference.
I can’t find a campaign Web site for either, but Gruber wrote a long and colorful post on Sarah Palin’s Facebook page in May. She takes fellow conservative Clint Didier to task for his campaigning style. The post begins:
