		<description><![CDATA[<p>Nearly all of Tacoma&#8217;s Tide Flats, &#160;swaths in Northeast Tacoma and along the Narrows in the West End, and pockets here and there throughout the city.</p> <p>These are the places where, on first blush, recreational pot operations might be allowed in Tacoma.
