The Senate budget proposal emerges today, with Republican and Democratic budget writers due to roll it out at noon and take testimony at 3:30 p.m. in the Ways and Means Committee.

Also today, Republican and Democratic transportation chairs plan to release a Senate transportation budget at 9 a.m.

Once the plans are public, you can find them electronically here (the “Senate” entries on the first line of links, under “operating” and “transportation”).

The Liquor Control Board meets at 10 a.m. today and could start the process of regulating marijuana use at bars.

And the state Parks Commission meets at 3:30 p.m. for a special meeting on the budget.
